ANSWER:
Error code E01 indicates a motor overload condition. This usually happens when the spinning head encounters too much resistance.
To fix this:
1. Turn off the machine and unplug it
2. Wait 5 minutes for the motor to cool down
3. Check that the spinning head is clean and free of hardened sugar
4. Restart the machine
If the error persists after cleaning, the motor may need servicing.
